Five Nights at Candy's Emil Macko Wikia

The clock is a major mechanic in Five Nights at Candy's series.
It tells the time it is left until the night ends.

In-Game[]

The main objective in all Five Nights at Candy's games is to survive from 12AM to 6AM without being killed by any animatronics (except for the Penguin, who can't kill the player directly).
The clock always starts at 12AM, which is the beginning of the player's night.

In the first game, the time is on an alarm clock in the office. In this game the hour is written in a red modern font. In the second game the hour is written in the upper right corner of the screen in a pixelated font.

Duration of a Night[]

In the first Five Nights at Candy's game, an ingame hour lasts exactly one minute in real time. This makes a night last 6 minutes.

In the second Five Nights at Candy's game, an ingame hour lasts exactly one minute and 10 seconds in real time. This makes a night last 7 minutes.

In the third Five Nights at Candy's game, an ingame hour lasts roughly one minute and 32 seconds in real time. This makes a night last 9 minutes and 10 seconds.

In Five Nights at Candy's Remastered, an ingame hour lasts exactly one minute and 10 seconds in real time. This makes a night last 7 minutes.

As such, the first game in the series is currently the game with the shortest nights, while the third one features the longest ones.

Trivia[]

  • In an earlier version of the second game, the time showed PM instead of AM.
This mistake was fixed in version 1.0.5.
